A soft seat apparatus for a butterfly valve is provided to stably prevent water leakage for a long time by preventing a rubber seat ring from being fused and stuck. A soft seat apparatus for a butterfly valve includes a valve body(100), a disc(200), and a shaft. The valve body is connected to a pipe passage to transfer a fluid. The disc is rotatably installed in the interior of the valve body to open and close the pipe passage. The shaft is fixed to both sides of the disc and is rotatably supported by the valve body. A seat pressing coating layer(500) is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the valve body. A rubber seat ring fixed to the outer peripheral surface of the disc is attached to the seat pressing coating layer.
