The three-way electrical valve has an electrical valve (8) provided with a valve body, which defines a space or a compartment. Two inlet lines are provided to the space. A discharge line is provided at the space. Two locking devices are provided for interrupting a connection between the space and the discharge line and between the latter inlet line and the space. An electromagnetic controlling element is provided for regulating or controlling the position of the former locking device. |
