A conical gear member for power transmission is provided to reduce friction, abrasion, and noise by using a concave roller clutch for performing a rolling operation in contact with conical gear teeth. A plurality of conical gear teeth(12) having constant conical curves are formed outside a periphery of an edge of a disk part(10) having a hollow tube(8). A conical gear(4) includes a tooth groove(14) having constant curvature which is formed between the conical gear teeth. A concave roller gear(6) includes a multistage disk part(22) having an upper stage disk(24) and a lower stage disk(25). The upper and lower stage disks are formed to assemble and fix upper and lower ends of shaft pins(18) of concave clutches(16) and are parallel to a central axis tube(20). The concave roller clutches are separated from a conical curve in order to be vertically coupled with the conical gear teeth of the conical gear.
