A local operation panel assembly is provided to prevent a terminal from being damaged by an arc and improve the operation and durability of an operation unit. A local operation panel assembly includes an operation unit(40) and a sub cabinet(15). The operation unit has a main cabinet, a main door(13), housing(41), an operation unit body, and an operation member(43). The main cabinet has an inner space unit for installing electric/electronic devices therein. The main door is hinge-coupled with the main cabinet. The housing is installed on a rear surface of the main door and filled with insulating oil. The operation unit body is installed inside the housing to operate the electric/electronic devices installed in the housing. The operation member is extended from the operation unit body through the main door. The sub cabinet has a sub door to partition the operation members.
