PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyolefin resin in which a functional material having inferior heat stability without melting to the vicinity of the degradation temperature is uniformly dispersed while ensuring high dispersibility. SOLUTION: A resin composition comprises 0.1-50 wt.% of the functional material that is an inorganic flame retardant having≤200°C degradation starting temperature without melting at the degradation temperature, 0.1-50 wt.% of a dispersing agent composition of a low-molecular weight polyolefin wax which has≤100°C melting point or dropping point, is a solid at normal temperature, is polymerized with a metallocene catalyst and has≤50,000 Mw and 49.9-99.8 wt.% of a polyolefin resin.
