PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the quality of winding by a turret winder by always pressing a second contact roller against a winding shaft without changing the position where the winding shaft is in contact with the touch roller while a turret is rotating. SOLUTION: In this multi-shaft turret winder, a web is wound by the winding shaft 4 by bringing a first contact roller 3 into contact with the upper part of the upstream side winding shaft 4 of a turret panel 1 and the second contact roller 5 into contact with the lower part of the winding shaft 4. The first contact roller 3 is rotatably supported by a turret outer frame, and the second contact roller 5 is slidably installed on support rails 10.
