PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify a structure of a transfer device provided with a planetary gear type shift ratio switching mechanism, and to eliminate gear noise at switching. SOLUTION: Splines 44, 43a provided on a sun gear 32 and a carrier 31 of the planetary gear mechanism 30 respectively are selectively connected to splines 42a, 42b of a switch sleeve 42 provided on an output shaft 22 slidably in an axial direction. An operation member 47 for pressing a synchronizer ring 46 formed with a conical hole 46a friction-engageable with a conical surface 45 formed on the sun gear is inclined in both directions according to a direction of movement of the switch sleeve 42 and presses the synchronizer ring even when it is inclined in any direction.
