<p>PURPOSE: An organic solar cell including non-metal nano particles and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve the optical excitation rate of an electron donor by scattering light emitted to the solar cell. CONSTITUTION: A first organic layer(20) is formed on a substrate(10). A second organic layer(30) includes a base layer(301) and a plurality of non-metal nano particles(303). The non-metal nano particles are surrounded by the base layer. The second organic layer and the first organic layer form a boundary surface. The non-metal nano particles scatter light emitted to the second organic layer and excite optical excitation units contained in the base layer.</p> |
