An electrowetting device and a color display device using the same are provided to improve the lighting efficiency and response speed. An electrowetting apparatus including nano particle comprises a first substrate, a second substrate, an electrowetting display unit(300), and a plurality of nano structures(350). Two kinds of liquid which are not mixed with each other are interposed between the first substrate, and the second substrate. The reflection indexes are different from each other. The plurality of nano structures are dispersed within one fluid.
