A bottom-up multi step lottery system is provided to supply a winning space where price of a bidding ticket increases and environment of predictable winning possibility, thereby inducing a user to attend the lottery actively. An information provider(110) provides purchase information about a bidding ticket to a plurality of users(200-1~200-N). A bidding ticket information DB unit(120) receives a purchase request signal about the bidding ticket, provides the bidding ticket and stores the provision result. A lottery space provider(130) provides at least one differential lottery space according to a value of the bidding ticket. A winning executor(140) selects the number of users through drawing. A prize supplier(150) supplies a bidding ticket of money corresponding to price of the entire bidding ticket to a selected winner or provides a bidding ticket of proportionally divide price. |
