A moving picture reproducing device based on flash and an overlay effect advertisement system are provided to naturally expose an advertisement while displaying a moving picture itself when an overlay effect is applied to the advertisement, thereby satisfying both a viewer and an advertiser. If a client requests video reception through an internet network, a module of a video detector(208) searches a video information DB(204) to detect various data. An advertisement detector(206) searches information of an overlay advertisement activated when reproducing a moving picture to transmit the searched information to the client which requests. A flash video file is downloaded from a web browser and streamed in a reproducing device to reproduce. An overlay advertisement is displayed through an overlay output unit(312). |
