<p>In a rigid body stringing system, an worn out portion of a trolley wire and a reflection part of a rigid body portion are distinguished, and by making only the worn out portion of the trolley wire white region and making the background black region, the worn out portion of the trolley wire is extracted. There is provided means 61 by which by setting the type of the trolley wire in advance, white region having pixels greater than those corresponding to the maximum width of the trolley wire on a line sensor image is converted to black region, and conversion is applied to the rigid body portion from white region to black region in the data that is produced by subjecting an imaged trolley wire of the rigid body stringing system to a binary-coding processing, so that there can be produced an image construction that is substantially the same as that in the data that is produced by subjecting an imaged trolley with of the catenary system to the binary-coding processing.</p> |
