PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a dynamic vibration absorber capable of reducing the moment of inertia generated in a vibration control object structure when the foundation of the vibration control object structure is vibrated by an external force in a plane inner direction orthogonal to an elastic support bar, and in a case using a dynamic vibration absorber in which a weight vibrates at the same frequency as the external force.SOLUTION: The dynamic vibration absorber comprises: an elastic support bar 2 fixed to a foundation 1 of a vibration control object structure with a male screw part 5 formed in a base end part; and a weight 6 fixed to the tip of the elastic support bar 2 by pinching the weight between an upper flange 4 and a nut 7 spirally screwed to the male screw part 5, in which the center of gravity 13 of the weight 6 is positioned between the foundation 1 and the upper flange 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
