<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a solid electrolyte capacitor having a large capacitance and a conductive high polymer layer of high conductivity by a manufacturing process of good controllability. <P>SOLUTION: A method of manufacturing a winding type solid electrolyte capacitor has processes of: applying a conductive composition that contains soluble conductive polymer and water and/or organic solvent in a capacitor element using a separator and has adjusted a surface tension to be 65 mN/m or less; and drying the resulting element to form a high conductive polymer layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
