PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a force feeding pump capable of feeding air mortar at a long distance while keeping predetermined speed.SOLUTION: The force feeding pump includes: a piston pump which is composed of a first piston pump and a second piston pump, and alternately carries out the suction and discharge of air mortar; a hydraulic cylinder which is composed of a first hydraulic cylinder including a magnetostriction sensor and a second hydraulic cylinder, and reciprocates each piston of the piston pump; a suction valve which carries out the opening/closing action of a suction port by hydraulic pressure; a discharge valve which carries out the opening/closing action of a discharge port by hydraulic pressure; and an oil control valve which controls the speed of each piston of the piston pump. A position of the piston at each time is detected by the magnetostriction sensor, and the discharge speed of the air mortar at each time is obtained. The oil control valve is controlled to make the sum of the discharge speed of the first piston pump and the second piston pump become predetermined discharge speed, thereby keeping the discharge speed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
