One aspect of the present invention relates to a vertical axis turbine having a tilted blade. More specifically, the vertical axis turbine enables a blade to be installed to be tilted. Therefore, pressure generated on a contact surface where wind comes in contact is dispersed to restrain generation of a vortex. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the blade is realized to be tilted at a set angle in order to restrain the vortex generated inside a wind turbine to maintain the speed of wind passing through the turbine over a predetermined level in order to improve efficiency thereof.
