PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal unit capable of enhancing the strength for the stress due to fastening, and to provide a reactor using the terminal unit.SOLUTION: A terminal unit includes a bus bar 61, and a resin member 62 covering the surroundings of the bus bar 61 at least partially. The bus bar 61 has a conductive body 616 of long plate-shape, a tabular terminal 611 provided at the end of the conductive body 616, while being bent therefor, a fastening hole 611a provided in the terminal 611, and screwing for the wiring of an external apparatus, a notch 616c formed adjacently to the end of the root of the terminal 611, and a folding part 616a formed by folding the conductive body 616 in the longitudinal direction thereof.
