PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device capable of reducing fluctuation in oscillation frequency of a crystal element.SOLUTION: A crystal device comprises: a substrate 110; an electrode pad 111 provided on an upper surface of the substrate 110; a conductor pattern 118 provided annularly along an outer peripheral edge of the upper surface of the substrate 110; a joint member 150 provided annularly on the upper surface of the substrate 110, along the inside of the conductor pattern 118; a crystal element 120 mounted on the electrode pad 111; and a lid 130 configured by a base 130a, a frame 130b provided along an outer peripheral edge of a lower surface of the base 130a, and a flange 130c provided on a lower surface of the frame 130b and joined via the joint member 150.
