PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically detect that a printing part and an image reading part are deteriorated with high accuracy to perform required processing before reading of barcodes becomes impossible.SOLUTION: A ticket examination system 1 includes: ticket issuance terminals 4A-4N; ticket examination terminals 3A-3N; and a management terminal 2. The ticket issuance terminals 4A-4N print two-dimensional barcodes in which a first code string including ticket information is patterned on a QR ticket. The ticket examination terminals 3A-3N optically read barcode images from the QR ticket on which the two-dimensional barcodes are printed, decrypt a second code string from the read barcode images, and correct errors of the second code string different from the first code string to acquire the ticket information. The ticket examination terminals 3A-3N or the management terminal 2 determine whether the barcode images read by the ticket examination terminals 3A-3N are deteriorated images of which the degree of error correction exceeds a threshold, and executes associated processing according to determination. |
