PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically collect fuel oil vapor while suppressing cost for capital investment.SOLUTION: A vapor collection device 1 comprises: a compression pump 30 serving as suction means for sucking and collecting fuel oil vapor in the inside of a ground tank 3, and being disposed on a collection pipe 22 branched from a vent pipe 17 whose one end is coupled to the ground tank 3; and condensation means 40 coupled to a downstream side of the compression pump 30, and condensing the fuel oil vapor. Start and stop of the compression pump 30 are controlled based on variation of a liquid level of the fuel oil in inside of the ground tank 30 detected by a liquid level gauge 12 disposed on the ground tank 3. Therefore, a rotary sensor like a conventional art is not required, and the fuel oil vapor can be automatically collected while suppressing cost for capital investment.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
