Disclosed is a method by which first user equipment receives synchronization information for direct communication between user equipment in a wireless communication system. Specifically, the method comprises: a step of receiving information related to a reference cell from a serving cell; a step of receiving a synchronous reference signal from the reference cell; and a step of acquiring the synchronization for direct communication between the user equipment on the basis of the synchronous reference signal, wherein the reference cell includes at least one of cells included in a cell cluster, and the cell cluster includes at least one among a plurality of adjacent cells adjacent to the reference cell and the serving cell.
