PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic resin coated steel, not generating easily corrosion or exfoliation in a use environment at 80°C by a chemical conversion treatment not containing chromium, and excellent in treatment workability.SOLUTION: There is provided an organic resin coated steel having a steel, and a chemically-treated coating layer, an epoxy primer layer and an organic resin layer formed in due order on the steel. In the organic resin coated steel, the chemically-treated coating layer contains phosphoric acid, a phosphoric acid metal compound, water-dispersible silica microparticles and a silane coupling agent.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
