A device for receiving film rolls and for cutting sections of film has a housing with at least one dispensing compartment (2) and one dispensing opening (5), and at least one cutting device which cooperates with a cutting profile (8) arranged at the front side of the device and which is movable over the cutting profile, transversely to a web of film drawn from the compartment. In order to obtain such a device which is easy to handle, which allows films of all types to be accurately, practically and easily cut, which is easy and economical to produce and which has a long service life, the cutting profile (8) is arranged on a lid (6). |
