PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce machining manhour for a base, improve assembling efficiency and reduce the size of the device by installing a fluid pressure generating unit in which a reciprocating actuator is coaxially coupled to a pump to which a plunger is slidably fitted, a reservoir and normally opened and normally closed solenoid valves on the base from the same direction. SOLUTION: Each pump 8 is simplified in its coupling structure by slidably fitting a plunger to a pump housing and coaxially coupling electric reciprocating actuators 9A, 9B to the plunger. The respective actuators 9A, 9B are solenoids having both movable and fixed cores which are simply constituted. The fluid pressure generating units 14A, 14B where the above members are coaxially coupled, reservoirs 7A, 7B, normally opened solenoid valves 11FL, 11RR and normally closed solenoid valves 13FL, 13RR are installed on the base 16 from the same direction, and fitting machining is conducted only for one surface 16a side of the base 16. Thus, machining for the base 16 can be simplified to decrease the machining manhour and improve the assembling efficiency, and the base 16 and the whole of the device can be reduced in size.
