PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength in the right-to-left direction, the dimensional accuracy and the flatness by forming a one-side swollen tube roll bond plate to form a shade panel arranged in a plate storage part of a vehicle body ceiling part in a drawing and storing manner into a specified pattern structure in which patterns are intersected in longitudinal and transverse direction and a narrow part is provided. SOLUTION: A single side swollen tube roll bond plate 1 to form a shade panel comprises a pattern part and a pressed part using aluminum, etc. A plurality of patterns 2a parallel in the right-to-left direction are arranged in the width of 20-30 mm as the pattern part, and these patterns are intersected with patterns 2b in the longitudinal direction at both end parts to arrange intersection parts 4, and a narrow part 6 of 40-90% in each pattern width is arranged in the patterns 2a in the right-to-left direction or the patterns 2b in the longitudinal direction at the intersection parts 4. That means, the ratio Y/X of the width Y of the narrow parts 6 to the width X of the patterns 2a in the right-to-left direction is set to be 40-90%, and the length Z of a transition part 5 to the narrow parts 6 is set to be not less than 10 mm to ensure the dimensional accuracy and the flatness.
