PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably move a magnetic wheel on a specified track by mounting two magnetic disks on a disk-like permanent magnet having a shaft hole in its center in a holding manner from both sides in the axial direction to pass a rotary shaft in the shaft hole. SOLUTION: Iron disks 3 are mounted on a ring-like ferritic magnet 2 in a holding manner from both sides in the axial direction. A polyacetal resin cover 4 is mounted so as to cover and hold the ferritic magnet 2 provided with the iron disks 3 on both sides in the axial direction. An outer circumference of the cover 4 is thin, and its inner circumferential part is thick. In addition to this structure, the magnet may be covered with a resin by the insert molding. A rotary shaft 5 is fitted to the inner circumferential part of the ferritic magnet 2 provided with the cover 4 with intervals therebetween. Then, the rotary shaft 5 provided with the ferritic magnet 2 and a bearing frame 6 are mounted, a sash roller connection plate 7 is fitted to the bearing frame 6 on a lower surface of a fitting, and arranged on a magnet plate 8 embedded in a ground contact surface.
