PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to make cells of microballoons even in a final product requiring neither special processes nor complicated facilities. SOLUTION: This is the manufacturing method of a compressible rubber blanket containing at least two reinforcing layer. A rubber paste produced by involving microballoons made of a copolymer of a methacrylonitrile and an acrylonitrile having a thermal deformation temperature of 120 deg.C or higher and a pressure resistance of 40 kg/cm2 in an oil-resistant rubber compound is coated on the first reinforcing layer 1a and then a second reinforcing layer 1b is laminated onto the rubber pasted-coated first reinforced layer and further a surface rubber layer 4 is laminated onto the second reinforcing layer 1b. These layers are integrally formed through one vulcanization treatment.
