The objects of the present invention are to achieve year-round utilization of pollinating insects such as bumble bees and to provide a constant temperature box (1) to be employed for this purpose. In order to achieve the objects, the temperature inside the nest box (2) for housing pollinating insects such as bumble bees is maintained within an optimal habitat environment temperature range throughout the year. In the constant temperature box (1) for maintaining the temperature within the optimal habitat environment temperature range, the temperature in the space where the nest box (2) for housing pollinating insects such as bumble bees is placed is maintained within the optimal habitat environment temperature range for pollinating insects such as bumble bees through a means for temperature control.
