METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR ANALYZING ORGANIC SUBSTANCE FROM COD VALUE OUTPUTTED BY CHROME METHOD

PURPOSE: A method for analyzing an organic substance is provided to analyze the organic substance of examination water by inputting chrome in the examination water and outputting a COD value of the examination water. CONSTITUTION: Second and third tests are inputted in a reaction tub(10) and the reaction tub is heated by a heater(12). Water is supplied to the reaction tub by acting a fourth pump(72) and the reaction tub is cooled under 40°C. Ammonium sulfate is inputted in the tub(10) little by little from an ammonium sulfate container(42). Herein, an ORP sensor(22) senses and transfers an electric potential difference of the tub to a control unit(50). The control unit senses the rapid increase of the electric potential value. Then, the control unit outputs an amount of the ammonium sulfate inputted in the tub(10) for the rapid increase time.
