PURPOSE: A system and the method for payment of the cost of a product in a vending machine using the reserve obtained via online and offline unit are provided to accelerate the consumption activity performed by the reserve, and to offer a range of the reserve by enabling the vending machine to be used freely with the reserve that a user obtained by participating in an online event or an advertisement. CONSTITUTION: A vending machine(50-1) includes a controller(506) for controlling the selling of a product, and an image outputting part(507) for displaying the image information of the product and a commercial advertisement under the control of the controller(506), and outputting the number and the reserve of a member. A communication part(508) receives the information of an image and common characters in real time, and serves as the unit for sending the information of the member to a web server of an intermediator to update the information of authentication of transaction and the reserve.
