PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a through anchor structure capable of improving the cleaning workability of the through anchor. SOLUTION: A piece 54 formed into a webbing insertion hole 56 of the through anchor 10 is detachably constituted relative to a coating part 48. When the internal circumferential lower edge part 56A of the webbing insertion hole 56 gets dirty, the piece 54 is detached and easily cleaned.
