PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid flowing device which can quickly flow and discharge received liquid, and to provide a recording device and a liquid jetting device equipped with the liquid flowing device. SOLUTION: The liquid flowing device comprises: a groove member 51 having a groove 50 formed therein, for flowing the received liquid to a discharging side 51c; and a contact member 52 making contact with an inner surface of the groove 50 across a predetermined interval as a gap d. The gap d serves as a flow channel of the liquid.
