[PROBLEMS] To provide a heat resistant alloy member having almost no diffusion to external of Cr, an alloy member for fuel cell, a power collecting member for fuel cell, a cell stack and a fuel cell. [MEANS FOR SOLVING PROBLEMS] The surface of a power collecting base material (201) containing Cr is covered with a Cr diffusion preventing layer (203) composed of an oxide containing Zn and Mn, and a coating layer (202) composed of an oxide containing Zn is formed on the surface of the Cr diffusion preventing layer (203). The coating layer (202) preferably contains at least Al or Fe as a metal element having a valence of +3 or more.
