A pipe photographing apparatus without suspension of water supply is provided to efficiently prevent loss of a fluid by preventing a water leakage and to smoothly move a camera at the same time. A pipe photographing apparatus without suspension of water supply includes a main housing(10), a moving shaft(20), an operating unit(30), and a camera unit(40). The main housing is coupled with an end of a pipeline to photograph an image inside the pipeline. The moving shaft is coupled inside the main housing, moves back and forth, and rotates inside the pipeline. The operating unit moves the moving shaft inwardly the pipeline. The camera unit is fixed at an end of the moving shaft and photographs inside the pipeline. The main housing is provided with a through hole(11) to insert the moving shaft and a flange(12) coupled with an end of the pipeline.
