<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of a carbon dioxide energy conversion cycle utilizing a solid oxide fuel cell, and an apparatus for the method. <P>SOLUTION: In the method and the apparatus of a solid oxide fuel cell-carbon dioxide energy conversion cycle, carbon dioxide in waste gas is used as a useful energy material or a chemical feedstock, an electrochemical method of a solid oxide fuel cell is combined to a catalyst to cause chemical reactions, and thereby carbon dioxide is decomposed into carbon monoxide and oxygen to provide an energy material or a chemical feedstock. Thus, environmental protection and effects of solving the problem of carbon dioxide greenhouse effect are achieved, so that an issue of the right of carbon emission trading can be grasped. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
