A speed bump structure having electricity generation is provided to maintain voltage generated instantly for a predetermined time by keeping rolling a generator drive shaft with an idle drum with rotational-inertial force. A speed bump structure having electricity generation comprises a plurality of speed bumps(10,10'), an idle drum(120), a first gear(122), and a generation unit(130). The speed bump includes a bump plate(100), a first lever(102), a second lever(104), a spring(106), and a generator drive shaft(112). The bump plate is moved up and down by load of vehicles. The first lever is hinged at the bottom of the bump plate. The second hinge is hinged at the first lever. The spring pushes up the bump plate. The generator drive shaft connects with the second lever in one way clutch and rotates in one way. The idle drum is installed at the drive shaft and has enough weight to rotate. The first gear is fixed at one side of the drive shaft. The generation unit generates electricity through rotation of a second gear(124) engaged with the first gear.
