<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle drive device that further improves device manufacturability. <P>SOLUTION: A threaded screw part is integrally formed in a conductor face of an end part (a tip part) of either of a lead-out conductor 213 led out from a stator 210 and an output terminal 316 led out from a power module 310. The lead-out conductor 213 and the output terminal 316, overlapped with each other, are fastened by a bolt 317 screwed into the threaded screw part.
