MOBILE UNIT WITH IC CARD FUNCTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology capable of controlling the propriety of use of an IC card function provided to a mobile unit.

SOLUTION: The mobile unit provided with an IC card section for executing the IC card function and a function section for executing at least a communication and/or display function communication, detects a voltage of a battery section for supplying power to the IC card section and the communication section, discriminates the usability of the IC card function depending on the detected voltage and instructs the IC card section on the use/non-use in response to a result of the discrimination.
