<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recording medium, which keeps the coating liquid of a glossy layer superior in pigment dispersibility, remains highly glossy though a favorable ink absorbency is kept unchanged, also excels in the surface strength of the surface of the glossy layer, and has an image quality equal to that of a medium made by a photographic paper base material or a film base material and a uniform lustrous feeling. <P>SOLUTION: In this inkjet recording medium, which keeps at least one ink accepting layer provided on at least one side of a base material, and further the glossy layer, coated with a coating liquid including a polymer dispersion as a pigment component and an adhesive, on the ink accepting layer, wherein this polymer dispersion has an average particle diameter of 5-50 nm and an glass transition temperature of ≥80°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
