<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell of plane arrangement cell structure in which the area required for interconnector portion is reduced without impairing connection reliability and the fuel cell is made compact in size. <P>SOLUTION: Connection parts 60 to connect in series the adjoining cells are installed inside the sealing member 50 provided at the peripheral portion of an electrolyte membrane 22 in which a plurality of cells are formed in a plane shape. Inside the sealing member 50, a terminal 32 of current collector for anode and a terminal 36 of current collector for cathode are arranged opposed to each other through the electrolyte membrane 22. The connection parts 60 penetrate through the electrolyte membrane and connect the terminal 32 of one of anode and the terminal 36 of the other cathode of the adjoining cells. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
