A reverse circulation meat roasting machine is provided to circulate hot air under nonpower condition inside a roasting apparatus using charcoal or gas fire. A reverse circulation meat roasting machine raise the temperature of the top plate by heating a fire chamber in a heat source. The indirect hot air is transmitted to a roasting chamber. A first rising hot air is reverse circulated from the upper part of the roasting chamber into the lower part . A discharge device is equipped which the reverse circulated air is discharged passing through a three rising hot air passage. |
