<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clutch device capable of preventing the so-called chattering in which a moving body is repeatedly moved to the engaging position and the disengaging position, and eliminating the sound generation and the vibration caused by the chattering. <P>SOLUTION: The clutch device comprises a stationary body 1 having a braking face 1a on its circumferential surface, a first rotary body 2 having contact faces 21, 22 separate from the braking face 1a in the radial direction and opposite to each other, rollers 31, 32 movably arranged between the braking face 1a and the contact faces 21, 22 in the rotational direction of the first rotary body 2, and a second rotary body 4 having a movement control unit 41 which controls the movement of the rollers 31, 32 to the engaging position to be pressed against both the braking face 1a and the contact faces 21, 22 and the disengaging position not to be pressed, and is interlocked with the first rotary body 2 in a relatively rotatable manner when the rollers 31, 32 are movement-controlled to the disengaging position. A friction plate for applying the resistance to the relative rotation of the rotary bodies 2, 4 is provided between the first and second rotary bodies 2, 4 to eliminate any chattering. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
