By moving the color conversion unit, the area of the fluorescent layer existing on the light path can be changed, and color tone control of an illumination device can be made. Further, by installing a transmission region in an area where the fluorescent layer of the color conversion unit does not exist, emission efficiency of the illumination device can be improved.
