<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, in a conventional light source device, it is difficult to carry out a large degree of color adjustment and a free control of a spectrum component. <P>SOLUTION: In an illumination device, a color conversion unit in which a fluorescent layer having phosphors dispersed is provided partially is arranged on a light path from a light source. By moving the color conversion unit, the area of the fluorescent layer existing on the light path can be changed, and color tone control of an illumination device can be made. Further, by installing a transmission region in an area where the fluorescent layer of the color conversion unit does not exist, emission efficiency of the illumination device can be improved. Further, by installing a directionality conversion layer on a substrate mounting the light source, light from the light source is direction changed to the upward and the variation width of color tone control is made large. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT |
