摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for quantitatively detecting the unbalanced state of a rotating shaft by detecting an unbalance amount value and an unbalance angle value of the rotating shaft. <P>SOLUTION: This method includes a stage where a Lagrange kinematics equation including an unbalance amount variable and an unbalance angle variable of the rotating shaft is determined based on rotational motion energy and position energy of the rotating shaft, and a stage where the unbalance amount value and the unbalance angle value of the rotating shaft are obtained by solving the equation with a nonlinear multivariable method based on position, velocity, acceleration and torque signals. The unbalance amount of the rotating shaft is a product of the length of a vertical line from the center of the gravity of the rotating shaft to an axis of the rotating shaft and the mass of the rotating shaft. The imbalanced angle of the rotating shaft is an included angle between the vertical line from the center of the gravity of the rotating shaft to the axis of the rotating shaft and a horizontal axial surface of the rotating shaft. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
