摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dark dot repairing device and a dark dot repairing method capable of applying an enough reverse bias voltage appropriate to render a defective part of an organic luminescent element into a high-resistant or insulating part, to a pixel occurring a dark dot. <P>SOLUTION: Coupling lines 10 of the dark dot repairing device 1 as an external device are coupled to a signal line DTL, a gate line WSL and a drain line DSL used for driving each pixel 200, and a reverse bias voltage is applied to an organic EL element 112R or the like from the dark dot repairing device 1 through the coupling lines 10.
