Activities, such as hunting, boating, biking and the like, often put individuals at risk of becoming lost or injured. While in a remote location, it can be impossible to signal for help. In these situations, cellular phones and GPS devices may be rendered useless. Lost individuals tend to roam while trying to get their bearings. This makes it difficult for others to find them. An injured individual may not have the ability to move to safety. A more efficient method of signaling for help is needed.
