PURPOSE: A phosphorous-containing phenol resin is provided to have excellent solubility to an organic solvent, and compatibility with an epoxy resin, together with excellent flame retardance, workability, hardening property and moldability. CONSTITUTION: A phosphorous-containing phenol resin is in chemical formula 10. In chemical formula 10, A is arylene group and/or triyl group, and same or different each other, R1 is oxygen, sulfur, a carbonyl group, a sulfonyl group, a hydro carbon group, or a single bond, R2 and R3 is C1-6 hydrocarbon group respectively, same or different each other, or is formed to a cyclic shape with a phosphor atom, R4 is oxygen, sulfur, carbonyl, sulfonyl, hydrocarbon, or a single bond, and the hydrocarbon is capable of containing a hetero atom. |
