Disclosed are an in-cell touch screen, a touch detection method and a display device. The in-cell touch screen comprises: a substrate, a plurality of self-capacitance electrodes located on the substrate in an array distribution, and a touch detection unit used for determining a touch position by detecting a capacitance value change on the self-capacitance electrodes, the self-capacitance electrodes being electrically connected to the touch detection unit via wires, the wires comprising first wires and second wires. The self-capacitance electrode array comprises alternately distributed first columns of self-capacitance electrodes and second columns of self-capacitance electrodes, the number of elements in each column of self-capacitance electrodes being n, a divisor of n being m, n and m being positive integers, n being greater than 1. The first columns of self-capacitance electrodes comprise n/m groups of self-capacitance electrodes divided according to a column adjacent sequence, each group of m self-capacitance electrodes and self-capacitance electrodes of a same group being electrically connected via a same first wire. The second columns of self-capacitance electrodes comprise m groups of self-capacitance electrodes, each group of n/m self-capacitance electrodes and self-capacitance electrodes of a same group being electrically connected via a same second wire, n/m self-capacitance electrodes of a same group within the second columns of self-capacitance electrodes being respectively made up of self-capacitance electrodes within the second columns of self-capacitance electrodes, the self-capacitance electrodes being adjacent to self-capacitance electrode rows belonging to different groups in the first columns of self-capacitance electrodes. |
