A mobile payment method to be implemented using an electronic device (1) includes: receiving transaction information, establishing wireless short-range communication with a mobile device (20) provided with a payment card (22), during the wireless short-range communication, transmitting the transaction information to the mobile device (20) and receiving a payment command generated based on the transaction information from the mobile device (20), transmitting the payment command to a payment institution server (5), and receiving a payment result therefrom. The payment command enables the payment institution server (5) to identify validity of the payment card (22) and to process the payment. The payment result is generated after completing the payment. |
