PURPOSE: An environment-friendly illegal advertisement adhesion preventing sheet paper which utilizes yellow soil is provided to prevent environmental contamination and reduce eye fatigue of drivers or pedestrians. CONSTITUTION: A sheet(10) is formed using urethane resin. A yellow soil layer(40) is formed on the surface of a sheet. A transparent adhesion preventing coating layer(50) is formed on the surface of the yellow soil layer. The transparent adhesion preventing coating layer has a fine uneven surface(51). The yellow soil layer is formed by coating a mixture of yellow soil liquid, rosin, and glue on the surface of the sheet. |
